Our History

Integra’s Account Management Service has its roots in our involvement in the technology side of Energy Management.

We found that the two main issues facing clients regarding their utilities were poor customer service and a lack of internal knowledge to solve billing and supplier issues.

We designed a model for Account Management based on this experience which we continue to refine and improve. Thanks to this approach the company has become one of the biggest energy brokers in Scotland with a growing number of customers.
